Northeast Indiana Trailblazers are a youth mountain bike team for riders K – 12 grade (during 2023-24 school year). The team rides and races on trails in Indiana and southern Michigan. Our team philosophy is fun first. There are no tryouts. Everyone rides. Racing is optional.

We welcome new and experienced riders to our program. Practices are held Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 6 – 8 pm from June 27 to November 7. These practices typically consist of bike handling skills instruction and group trail rides.

All group rides are led by volunteer coaches who have undergone background checks and concussion training in addition to bike skills clinics. If you are new to the sport and would like to try it out, we do have a small fleet of loaner bikes. Please contact us if you would like to try a practice and borrow a bike.
